Advance your career in management with the Level 5 Operations Manager programme. The programme is ideal for new managers as well as those who already have managerial experience and want to develop their theoretical understanding.

You will develop a variety of management and leadership skills and because we have designed the apprenticeship around off-the-job training, it provides opportunities to apply theory to workplace practice and make a direct, positive impact on business performance.

Scotland and Wales learners ONLY - Your programme is not eligible for UK funding, but an alternative opportunity is being provided to you. You will be able complete the programme along with all other Iceland colleagues but will be exempt from completing the End Point Assessment (EPA) and your functional skills.  Additionally, you will receive a fully accredited qualification at the end of the programme.
